A family-run investment platform

Lubav Ventures is a privately held, family-run investment platform. We invest our own capital and alongside partners across multiple asset types — societally relevant technology, real estate, and selective opportunistic investments.

We are family-founded and relationship-driven, and we both invest and build. Some of what we own we backed; some of it we started. Either way, the principals are the people you deal with.

We use whichever structure fits the opportunity: direct principal investing, co-investment alongside partners, and bringing investors together around a specific project. We plan in decades, not quarters.
