Tom Latkovic is a co-founder of Lubav Ventures and a social entrepreneur who invests at the intersection of technology-enabled innovation, health, and opportunity for under-resourced people. He spent 22 years at McKinsey & Company, where, as a Senior Partner, he founded and scaled the firm's health data and analytics platform, co-founded the McKinsey Health Institute, and served as the first leader of its Artificial Intelligence practice in North America.
In 2022 he left to focus on two priorities: social mobility and brain health. Tom is a co-founder of Backrs, which helps young people build stronger futures, and BetterBrain Health, which aims to make dementia an 'orphan disease.' He is also a long-time real estate investor.
