Cole Latkovic

Cole Latkovic is an intern with Lubav, where he supports the firm's real estate work — underwriting rental properties and analyzing markets across metrics such as NOI, cap rates, and valuations.

He is a finance student at the University of Colorado Boulder's Leeds School of Business, focused on real estate development and finance, and is active in the CU Real Estate Club and the Klump Center for Real Estate. Raised in Memphis, Cole is pursuing a career in real estate development and investment.
